REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at MyCozyTrend.
Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final.
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Returns, No Refunds on Digital Products
All products sold at MyCozyTrend are digital files delivered electronically.
Once a digital item is purchased, you immediately receive access to the files, which means:
✔ We cannot accept returns
✔ We cannot cancel orders
✔ We cannot issue refunds
This includes:

Downloadable PDFs

Any other instant digital download
2. Exceptions (We WILL Help in These Cases)
Although digital products cannot be returned, we will gladly assist you free of charge if:
✅ You never received the files
If you typed your email incorrectly or did not receive the download link, email us at:

We will resend the files manually.
✅ You received the wrong digital product
If an error occurred on our end, we will correct it immediately.
✅ The file is corrupted or not opening
Tell us the issue and we will send:

A fresh download link

A different file format (if available)
✅ Duplicate / accidental double purchase
If the same digital item was purchased twice in error, we can refund the duplicate order.
3. Instant Delivery & Your Responsibility
Upon purchase, the digital product is considered delivered when:

4. No Exchanges
Digital items cannot be exchanged because they cannot be “returned” after download.
